OperatorNYC recently got his new driver's license and the photo makes him look like a deranged serial killer. trolling the internet for other bad pictures, we came across Janice Dickinson's stupid hot ID, which doesn't make us feel any better . The lady may be bat shit crazy, but she does take one hell of a photo. We didn't know that the DMV did retouching.
