Bald and badass singer Sinead O'Connor is threatening to get litigious on a website that shows a photo of her pregnant and smoking a cigarette (which we've reposted here -- sorry, Sinead).

Now people calm down. Sinead wouldn't smoke a cigarette while pregnant. Who do you think she is, Britney Spears? It's probably just a joint.
