Mary Cheney finally comes out of hiding and she's all riled up. In her new book she attacks John Kerry, calling him a 'son of a bitch' for mentioning her sexualilty during the 2004 campaign. Well, honey, you were out already and those checks from the Republican party sure cashed easy, didn't they?
