Conference Call: A Penny saved is a penny spurned...
- Ah, Republican economics! Really seems like it's working. Not only are there fears of inflation, astronomical gas prices and a slowing economy but now it seems that there are less and less new jobs being created. Way to go Georgie! [via New York Times]
- And where are the politicians directing all their anger regarding the bad economy? Not at the administration where the blame should go. Nope, currency is there scapegoat. Down with the Penny!
- Ok, so some scientist in India collected samples of the blood rain that fell over his country in 2001 and he believes that it contains alien microbes. Let's look at that sentence again. The Operator is not so upset by the alien part (there has to be life somewhere else), but we are so confused by the "blood rain." Ummm, it rained red blood in India, y'all, and nobody seemed all that worried about it. This scientist also believes that Earth may have been germinated by alien microbes hitchhiking on comets and space particles falling to earth.[via CNN]
- First they want you to believe that life on earth was created by alien microbes latched onto objects falling to Earth from space. Then they want you to believe that life on earth was decimated by objects falling to Earth from space. The Operator is so confused. [via yahoo]
