Telemarketed: The I-Deck

Who knew that a little invention could revolutionize the design world? The I-pod has sent designers scrambling to come up with products that integrate the little music device into their designs. Some of the products are quite nice while others are a touch, shall we say, trendy. The only problem that operatorLA has with these integrated pieces is that they usually have to have the ubiquitous "I" placed in front of their name. We are sure that such clever designs could come up with better monikers. We're also a little wary of buying any of these pieces out of fear that the technology will change and we will end up with a very expensive dust collector.

However, with all that being said, operatorLA adores the "I-Deck." Not only is its design sleek and modern it has throwbacks to the old grammaphones. The best feature of this system is that it showcases the coverart and photos of the album that it is playing. We want one badly.

Maybe we should buy an ipod first.
