While her antics on The Blonde Ambition Tour caused quite a stir in Europe and word of impending arrrest followed her around Canada at that time, we thought her potential jailbird days were behind her. Guess we thought wrong.

Prosecutors plan to keep an eye on Madonna's weekend concert in Duesseldorf to see if the pop diva repeats the mock crucifixion scene that has drawn fire from religious leaders. Seems this scene could be construed as insulting religious beliefs.
