Perennial Operator favs the Scissor Sisters glammed it up at the 3rd Annual Fashion Rocks concert, the kick-off to fashion week which airs on CBS this evening. Gay denmother Elton John curated the event, with performances by Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Rihanna, and the ubiquitous Black Eyed Peas, among others.
