The Ring-A-Ding: Gay Governor's Accusations, Gay Mayor's Elation, Straight Prime Minister's Gay Accusations
More news of the McGreevey. Well, the affair that James McGreevey has said was the beginning of the end of his political career and family life, may not have had a beginning at all. Golan Cipel denies the stories recounted in McGreevey's new tell-all book, saying there was never consensual sex and that there were several occasions where he felt sexually harassed, according to newspaper reports.
Ah, Berlin. No, the city not the band. Residents there are smart enough to keep a good politician in office. even if he is a queer. Berlin's openly gay mayor had little difficult retaining office Sunday. Klaus Wowereit and the Social Democrats won 31.4 percent of the vote, ensuring the party will remain in control.
Wow! We can't wait for the television series based off the political trials happening in New Zealand. A magazine is publishing photographs of Prime Minister Helen Clark's husband hugging and kissing another man. The pictures were taken from election night news footage a year ago and shows Clark's husband, Peter Davis, kissing Ian Scott, an Auckland doctor. Scott has admitted that he is gay but says that Clark is not. Maybe clark just likes kisisng boys the same way that John Travolta does.
