Wiretap: I Don't Feel Like Drummin'

The Scissor Sisters' drummer Paddy Boom has been replaced on their current tour due to chronic back problems. From The Music Slut (via NME):

Posting on Scissorsisters.com about their recent trip to Japan and their current situation, the band wrote: "We're on our way back from an amazing trip to Japan and wanted everyone to know that our tour is back on schedule. We spent our days in Chicago rehearsing with a temporary replacement for Paddy. He's amazing, and we are confident that he will do the show justice until Paddy is ready to return."

The band added that Boom is now recovering. "Paddy is getting himself back on his feet," they wrote, "and he's gonna be back onstage with us as soon as the docs give him the A-OK."

Here's hoping Paddy makes a swift recovery. Someone has to be available for the straight groupies to hit on.
