Photo Call: When Doves Cry

On the last day of his visit to Turkey, his Pradaness the Pope released a slightly hobbled looking dove of peace (a visual metaphor for his strained relationship with Islam, perhaps?), then quoted from "the Book of Mr. Mister":

Take these broken wings
And learn to fly again
And learn to live so free
And when we hear the voices sing
The book of love will open up and let us in
