Wiretap: Pagoda (a.k.a. Michael Pitt's Band)

You may or may not know that The Operator has a boner for actor Michael Pitt (maybe it's that whole dirty, rent-boy vibe he exudes).

Now, we hear his band Pagoda is about to release a full-length album in February. Pitt's well on his way to being an eccentric rock star type, as exhibited by the cookaboo, chicken-scrawled rantifesto he posted on myspace.

Time will tell if Pagoda goes the way of good actor-fronted bands or the bad, like, say, Jared Leto's 30 Seconds to Mars.
