411: Nun Sense

operatorLA has a love/hate relationship with nuns. Being schooled in Catholic Private schools for most of his education, he has met his fair share of nuns. A few he loved, a few he loathed but all in all, he has respect for the Women of God.

operatorLA also wants you to know that Nuns don't fuck around. These bitches (and we use this term in the loving- we adore you kinda way) get want they want and, really, why shouldn't they. Nuns don't play games and they certainly aren't afraid to say it like they see it!

Case in Point, three nuns of the Dominican Sisters order in Grand Rapids, Michigan, were arrested in 2002 for protesting at a nuclear missile silo. They have since been jailed, released and are now returning to continue their protest at the silo.

The number one reason that operatorLA respects these nuns: They are protesting America's continued violation of international treaties and other agreements by continuing to possess and threaten to use nuclear weapons.

The number two reason is: These nuns are serious! And we mean SERIOUS!

These bitches extracted their own blood, put it in baby bottles and then used it to create the shape of a cross on the silo.
