Wacko/Soap Plant is the store that has something for everyone. Located on Hollywood Blvd in Los Feliz it is not only for the hipster crowd that convenes there, but for anyone searching for that unique gift . In the short time operatorLa was there he was able to find great gifts ideas for everyone he knew, from his grandmother to his most Goth friend.

This huge shop has been around for years and knows what to give its customers. No matter what occasion you are shopping for, you will find the perfect item here. From the crazy to the mundane, the aisles are overflowing. There are dolls, lights, lunchboxes, toys, toiletries, accessories and ceramics. Not to mention their amazing selection of books.

Also, nestled inside of the store is an art gallery, La Luz de Jesus. This gallery has constantly changing installations and olds receptions once a month for new openings. The style of the art viewed yesterday definitely fit in with the aesthetic of the store and what it has to offer.

And since Wacko is located in Los Feliz (one of operatorLA's favorite parts of town) that means that there are plenty hot, tattooed, shaggy-headed, hipster boys to oogle.
