operatorLA has spent the last couple of days drinking lots of alcohol and eating lots of bad food. Hot dogs, pies, hamburgers, potato chips! Isn't that what they 4th of July is all about. Well, he is feeling the effects now. operatorLA needs to get back on the healthy boat and he is looking to Nick Beyeler for some inspiration.
