The Ring-A-Ding: Sea Scouts Are Not Gay Fans, MA To Hear Gay Ban and IN Town Says Discrimination Is The Plan

Wow, who knew that the Boy Scouts of America could get any gayer? Did you know that they had a Sea Scout division? Neither did we. These little Seamen in training learn about sailing, carpentry and plumbing. Plumbing? Really? I wonder how long it takes to earn a plunger merit badge? Oh yeah, they don't like the gays either. OK, more on the blah, blah, blah story. You know that state (Massachusetts) where it is actually legal for us to get hitched, well their lawmakers are currently discussing a constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage. Americans are so indecisive. [via 365 gay]

As much as we hate to say it, our home state (Indiana) isn't fairing to well in the tolerance and acceptance department. And let's give them a negative score for human rights. An ordinance banning antigay discrimination has been rejected by a five to four vote of the South Bend city council for the second time in as many years. Corn makes you intolerant. And there is alot of corn in Indiana. Alot. [via The Advocate]
