Interview Magazine's August music issue features the glamtastic Scissor Sisters and Rufus Wainwright in their cover feature "On the Way Up." We gotta quibble with the implication that these artists are "up and coming" given their body of work and pop culture status, but oh well.

The Sisters sit down with their pal Elton John for a little chit chat. Rufus talks to Lorna Luft (!) about his recent Judy Garland tribute concert at Carnegie Hall.
