The Ring-A-Ding: Scalia Says There Are No Gay Rights, Mitt Romney Is Uptight, Hong Kong Sympathetic To Young Gay Plight

Justice Antonin Scalia on Sunday defended some of his Supreme Court opinions, arguing that nothing in the Constitution supports gay or abortion rights and the use of race in school admissions. Um, yeah, I guess the same would go for the blacks, jews and women since the constitution was written by White Christian Men, only they should have the full rights afforded by the constitution.

Gov. Mitt Romney displayed the enthusiasm of a preacher Sunday at a Baptist church as he addressed an anti-gay marriage rally of conservative religious leaders who argue that their rights to religious expression are being threatened. We have such a soft spot in our black little hearts for these right wing whack-a-doos. They make it so easy to feel sane and intelligent in our world. And hey, aren't their "religion rights" threatening our gay freedoms?

The Hong Kong government has backed down in a legal battle to keep a law that makes gay sex under the age of 21 punishable by life imprisonment, a news report said Monday. operatorLA couldn't be happier for these young queers. Can you imagine having to wait until 21 to have sex. What kind of world are we living in?
