Good Call: Britney Files For Divorce

We were going to post about how great Britney looked on her surprise appearance on The David Letterman Show last night. We were happy to see that she might have been getting her house in order. Then comes this breaking news story:

Britney Files For Divorce From K-Fed!

According to TMZ.com: TMZ obtained the legal papers, filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.

It appears as if Britney reads The Operator and took operatorLA's advice from a few months back.

We can only hope that this is the first and most important step to a stellar comeback!
