No wonder Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro split; he's fucking douchey. Paper Trash Rag Magazine details a night out with the guitarist and co-host of CBS's Rock Star. So, just what does the outing in La-la land with Dave entail? Here are some highlights:

Navarro is now famously clean and happily married [er, not so much -Ed.] to Carmen Electra (who's away shooting a movie tonight), so bottles of water and Red Bulls outnumber the Heinekens in the ice tub. A blue dildo is stuck on the fridge door, perhaps as a nod to the bad old days.

On promoting his new band the Panic Channel:

"On tour we write out longhand html on the bus and upload podcasts every night," Navarro adds. "Shows and the Internet are the only real ways fans can interact with bands."

"We just want to make sure it doesn't go through any corporate filter," Isaacs [lead singer of Panic Channel] says.

"A kid in Arkansas can smell that shit a mile away," Navarro adds, poking into his Chanel gym bag for more makeup.
