Good Call: Whitney Houston Files For Divorce

File this under headlines that should have happened 12 years ago.

Whitney Houston must be getting sober because she was clear headed enough to file for separation from her husband, Bobby Brown. These papers will become divorce filings in October.

While we are happy for Houston and hope a huge comeback is imminent, we begin to mourn such gifts as her appearances on "being Bobby Brown" and the obviously drug-fueled interviews that gave us stunning sound-bites like "crack is whack."

Oh yeah, and we will miss lots of pictures of Houston tore up and keeping it ghetto style.
